Safe and Clear was founded on a simple belief: every pool deserves a safety barrier, and that barrier should be as beautiful as the space it protects.
Meet Spencer Mankin
Spencer started installing pool safety fences in 2015 while still in college. What began as a way to pay for school quickly became a passion — traveling across Texas and the U.S. to help families protect their pools.
In 2020, Spencer settled in the Fort Worth area and founded Safe and Clear with a focus on what he does best: frameless glass pool fencing. After installing hundreds of fences across the state, he saw a gap in the DFW market for truly premium, detail-obsessed installation work.
Today, Safe and Clear serves homeowners, pool builders, and commercial properties across the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Every installation reflects Spencer's hands-on approach and commitment to getting every detail right.
